I'm interested in providing any of the things you asked for, except for animated.
For $3(300 points), you get a cartoonish style digital drawing with hard shading. No background. Amount of characters depends on complexity. Full body, more complexity allowed for half body.
For $6(600 points), you get a background. No characters, NO Landscape.
For $15(1500 points), you get a fully shaded pencil drawing. No background, NOT "Realistic". Just smooth shaded.
