His water magic are basic splash to his opponents. He can change the water temperature as well as he can shoot scald water and also geyser. He can makes some rain as well. His ice magic are basic useful as he use them like tool. Like, binding his opponents by freezing them, create icy weapons, skate, and make some ice to cover his weakness.

Personality: Oras is very easygoing as he like to hang out with friends. He's lacked of common sense on land. He played with his ice magic as he likes to create many items. He's very friendly and cooperative relations with his friends. When he's in the fight, he get all serious as he stay focused on fight like solider.
