I was about to say it might have helped to have had access to MTv or some other such music video channel at the time, but others have already indicated that would not have been the case...
Fun video, think it was actually a U.S. release at some point, and as others have also pointed her skirt was very nice. Possibly why you don't see to many strapless bikini tops in the diving world.

Sabrina has been interviewed long after about this video that was an instant hit and launched her carreer, and back then, she was... Extremely upset! This was to be used for some TV show and absolutely not as a video clip!! Although she does recognize nowadays all the opportunities it gave her.
But I find the song relatively nice (well, the words are... Well, it's for summer time, right?!), once it gets in your head it is stuck there for your entire life!! Just remember WHEN it was made and in which context...
