Another oldie. Just found this scan today while going through an old hard disk I was about to toss out. This was the cover for Zoomorphica One, done back in 1993, I was on a sort of a Victoriana kick and it was foggy out, so a foggy gaslamp setting seemed neat, though I don't know how well the 'fog' communicates to others. It's about as far as I ever carried the technique I was using of mixing india inks, acrylic inks, watercolor wash, and fine-ground graphite in rubbing alcohol applied with a brush and smeared.
