Slight Landing Miscalculations
Listen... sometimes landing is a bit difficult. You've got to take into account your velocity, angle of approach, terrain disposition/orientation/quality/etc. wind, air pressure, temperature, pedestrians, your blood alcohol content...
Umm, ignore that last bit. Point is, flying and landing well can be hard, and even the best aeronauts can have small accidents every now and then. As evidenced by the above picture.
