i only wince when i see pictures of brand new ones, that are all red and sore looking. ow.
but yes, when i imagined getting this piercing myself, i imagined the ribbons getting pulled and ripping out the jewlery! owww.

:c The one thing I don't like about ladders (aka, corsets) is that they're not meant to be on you more than a few hours - days. I would so get one, but go through that pain to have them migrate/get infected/ never heal? no thanks.

well, shes a fantasy character so she can keep them in foreverrrrrrrrrr. also, ive read online about people whove kept them in for months. maybe just luck, but i think its possible to keep them for a while.

It was almost exactly this, except someone pulled the string tight, then pulled the string again making it come out and then her skin stayed in the same place. YouTube it, it was really well done in the graphics.

Ah! I always love seeing really interesting body piercing ideas like this! I actually saw a girl who had something like this, but it was only a tattoo when I saw it up close, still pretty sick, though.

I will, but I'll have to wait till my finger heals first... Unfortunately, I got chunks of skin ripped out of my left index finger by my friend's bird, my drawing is my left hand, so I can't finish anything until it heals... Gosh, she used to love me so much, but now she's trying to kill anyone who's not living with her, for some reason... My finger's pretty numb, too, she might've damaged some nerves, too, though for my artwork's sake, I pray to god not...
Don't worry though, I'll draw it as soon as I can though, so everyone can see what I want carved into my back. xDDD

Yeah, I just got home from a friend's place, today. It's healing pretty well, I haven't been moving it cuz that might make it worse, but I've been changing my bandages regularly and applying medication to it to keep it clen. It started swelling up yesterday to the point where it was like almost twice as big as my other fingers, but it's started to go back down, so 'll probably just look like I have some nasty boo-boos by later tomorrow. Hopefully I can draw by tomorrow or I might start crying about how horrible bored I am to my fiance and the poor thing'll have to sit there and listen. xD
The last segment of my finger(basically everywhere past my wound, on my finger) is still completely numb, though. I don't think it's permanent. Hopefully it won't be... I hope you're gonna colour this pic cuz it looks really nice, and I think it'd look even cooler with colours added to it. x3

Well, I think the line work looks just fine the way it is here. I actually thought this was already a linework, since it's not really sketchy looking at all. Maybe you can just colour it like this, though it's your picture, so you can do with it what you want, really. xD
