Just to clarify, Japanese is a very complex language. One which I have almost no knowledge of. Watching anime and playing Japanese video games in their original language has given me just enough vocabulary to say things like hello, goodbye, thank you, I'm sorry, please, demon, meat, fish cake, flying talons of the divine dragon, and an incantation for a lightning spell. Go figure... BUT... this pic incorporates that tiny bit of knowledge and hopefully uses it not totally incorrectly! Feel free to bitch me out for butchering the translation. :O3
I watched (in original Japanese) the One Piece episode arc in Sky Island a while back and noticed the play on words they used concerning a certain douchebag named Enel, supposedly the island's god. He says "watashi wa kamina" many a time in his high and mighty doucheishness. Kamina can mean either god or lightning, depending on the circumstances. Now, I know this is not the only way to say lightning or god. Hell, I know of at least two for god and something like six for lightning or thunder. I had hoped to find the most arrogant way to say "I am," which has several different incarnations as well, but didn't feel like taking the time to search all of digital creation for the answer. Ore wa? Watashi wa? Boku wa? *Shrug* I picked that one because the word looked cooler. Either way, the title of the pic is what the words should mean based on the knowledge I have gleaned from One Piece
Anyway, I was talking to the fantastic black burr the other day and we got onto the topic of audio equipment, his fave! He said something to the effect of "If I was a hifi amplifier, I would be this model for sure!" Now, this was at something like 2 in the morning for me, so it obviously set off a chain reaction in my brain of stream of consciousness thought. Follow this -

And so I did. Not too shabbily if I do say so myself. I am very pleased with how it turned out. He's chubby, but ferocious and has many much sparks zapping about to prove he's got the power. I used a non-American black bear as inspiration, but I hope you still like it, buddy!
