I came across the base on a Fireden post, but i suppose the original source would be Kobold Adventure. His name is pronounced like “Kip”. Thoughts lon the patterning i did?

Here's the source of the base, i'm unsure of what to think of how it came to exist seeing as it's nowhere else on the internet upon a reverse search.
