Judging by recently covering Steele Personality from Balto1. Balto Fandom making Pictures/Stories Steele Forced Sex, Killing, Kidnapping, etc. Steele has the Characteristics of being Heartless but not Evil, Cruel, Narcissistic, etc. It's the reason why I said I have always pictured the ideas Steele having a Second Chance, Redemption, etc.

Steele, other Balto Characters get the treatment of making the characters nothing like there Personality for some unknown reason.
