Because fruity little bobblehead freaks are not cute.
This isn't any better. Maybe even fruitier than extreme Sonic, but I'm not touting any improvement. This is part of my little scribble exercise to get myself back into shape.
I'd do the others, if I have a good reason to, and provided I have the materials for it.
I should also note I'm not a fan of the game, the comic or the equally fruity cast of characters, it somewhat borders on unrequited hate, but I've been challenged to redo Sonic a long time ago, thought I'd try it for shits and giggles. Perhaps I can straw up a cash wager...

I don't know what Torque is, but this is way better than the regular hydrocephalic version.
I think the games are all right, and the character design is fine in 16-bit graphics, but that Sonic art style...UGH.
Anyways, this is better. :) Makes me think that we need other good artists re-envisioning Sonic.
