Yeah, it's in my gallery somewhere. When people come to me and want a hat, they usually send a character picture. I can't use character art, because I need to know what details to include on the hat. Ears, tail, face, markings, nose, etc.
I send them to that page and make them fill it out, because they know best what they want, and I've wasted too much time and effort on potential customers that flake out after I spend my time designing a hat for them. Sometimes it takes longer to finalize the order than to actually make the hat!
