Sister of the elastic fox, Mochi. Mochi and Chip were born in a litter of 23 kits, a record for vixens in their region. One of them was Mochi. The rest were Chips! Even before her birth Chip possessed strange powers of self-duplication and a curious drive to swell the bellies of others. While she is prone to the same playful tricks as her sister, chip also has something of a prey fetish and a great fondness for stuffed abdomens. While the sheer number of bodies crammed in with her in the womb led to dwarfism that has persisted into her adult life, she doesn't mind; all the more places she can stuff herself into.

She is somewhat more learned and civilized than her sister, as her ability to be in many places at once allows her to pick up information very quickly. As a result, she has a very diverse set of skills, aided by her ability to function as an entire crew on her own. She is particularly fond of cooking and is a sensational chef; however, those looking to sample her food often get more than they bargained for.
