This is Gnarlglow. He was so much fun to design. Loosely based off my own kitty. I'm totally drawing more of him. Silly little back story time! :D
Gnarlglow is a very mischievous spirit. He enjoys playfully putting a bit of fright into naughty little children who stay up past their bedtimes. With the branching fingers of his freely moving tree like tail Gnarlglow eerily scrapes and scratches at dimly lit bedroom windows.
An offering of pumpkin cookies on your windowsill is rumored to charm him into passing on to the next house.

I love the tail twisting into the tree and the wooden face...
And the glowing effect is very cool too.
I also love the way you drew the face... it almost matches the little jack o lanters.
This is a really neat piece with an awesome dark and twisted feel.
