Our new dog!
My late dad technically named her. Story goes that I once bought an Abacus at the thrift store and placed it in my room as a art display piece. My dad was entertained by this and suggested our next dog be called Abacus. I agreed to that and said "How about Abacus Fetch? Kinda like Atticus Finch from To Kill a Mockingbird?" My dad laughed at this (being that it was one of his favorite movies) and agreed this was a good idea. Six months now after my dad had passed, we finally got our Abacus Fetch.
It has been nearly two years since our dog Pugsly passed on. Our dog Jackie had become so used to being the only dog, that it was a bit shaky at first when Abby (for short) first was introduced to her. Nearly a month has passed and the two get along just fine now. Both of them enjoy running after each other, and playing in the kiddy pool.
I have to be honest though, Abby has the habbit of trying to pee and poo in my room too much... probably because that is where my dog Jackie sleeps at night, and she feels the need to try to "mark her territory". Only three months old and already concerned of territory matters <T_T>.
