It's a continuation of Imp's baby adventure from before. He's still trapped in his infantile form, Imp is under the "loving" care of Madame Razz in her house while as a guest of the Rebellion. They haven't managed to contact Hordak yet about a swap.
Presently he's sitting in a high chair looking alarmingly cute in booties and a bib as Razz feeds him strained eye of newt. It's baby food for monsters! He's also in a new diaper since the old one had to be changed. Imagine the embarrassment there.
Razz is quite enjoying babysitting again, even if the baby is a brat that needs a spanking, while Imp is ranting angrily and unwittingly letting Razz stuff him with baby food by keeping his belligerent mouth open.
