It's a new character I designed, and which I hope to refine going forward.
Voots is a sergal, with the twist of being a cartoon character. I was aiming for "What if sergals came from Saturday morning cartoon shows instead?" I wanted to go for a color scheme somewhere between "the colors of a clouded sunset" and "v a p o r w a v e", the gimmick being the the patterns aren't set and constantly shifting, often reflecting moods.
