Well... since I hadn't teased yer tastebuds in awhile an I was sick the past several days, I hadn't had the chance ta have m'usual birthday steak dinner... so thought I'd share this one that I'd enjoyed some time ago...

Now this was made after I'd made m'first batch of BWS (bacon-wrapped shrimp) an a few nights later we'd had a steak dinner night so I whipped up another batch of the BWS ta have along with it... :)

Ya can see that the BWS has been used as a 'bed' fer the steak once ya've taken it off the grill so that the steaks' cool down time is also used ta keep the BWS warmed up... ya can even drizzle yer steak with any leftover juices an it'll drain down ta soak inta the BWS ta add even more flavor ta them if so desired... added ta this was jus' yer simple broccoli/califlower veggie mix as an additional side.

So hope this gives ya more ideas on how ya can add more variety ta yer dinners if ya give it a try an hope ya like it if ya do :)
