Ooh, this is just beautiful. The lighting is beautifully done and I particularly like the bright blue nimbus surrounding the character and helping her to stand out from the background a touch. The crown on her head and the floating blue fire between her hands are beautifully done, and I really like the bright beam of light or energy stabbing down from her foot and causing ripples below. I won't even try to guess what the meaning behind this picture is, but it looks fantastic and it's certainly one that catches your attention immediately! Gorgeous work all around!
