News spread amongst the town of the terrible housefire that took place while the mother and father were at work. Laika and Luka Dirtra, 12 and 10 years old, were in the home as it took place, and regrettably neither of them made it out before the building collapsed despite the efforts of a crew to save them.
Every year, on the anniversary of the fire, the mother goes to their tombstones, leaving behind one, each, of their favorite flowers. Only a few years after their passing did her husband pass from a tragic illness, leaving an already-tattered family in shambles.
But death is only the beginning, as they say.
