This was a commission done by 
furshinku, of Marie the Cat (from Disney's "The Aristocats") with her stomach growling from hunger and getting embarrassed by it, and Oliver the Cat (from Disney's "Oliver and Company"), who's supposed to be looking concerned about her, and is concerned, but for some reason, he doesn't look concerned at all, and all of this is happening while on a date at a restaurant. There has been a lot of fandom about Oliver and Marie being boyfriend and girlfriend. It's even proven on the Disney Wiki. If they went on a date, I believe a scene like this would've happened on at least one of their dates. The quotations of Marie show what her reaction could really be like if this ever happened in any movie.
