The first redesign of what I guess I have to call my favorite D&D race: the Derro. Whom I'll call Derran as they've branched off a bit.
A short description of Tohuys would be a cross between 2004’s Van Helsing and very bad case of Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hide. Most notably his weapon of choice is razor disks known as chakrams which he shoots from his crossbow, as well as throws and melees with.
