Final commission of September goes to 
crosso who wanted a pic of his windragon Garrus getting pumped and inflated bigger and bigger to be used as a replacement for the busted hot air balloon
Guess there is an Air Show happening or something today. Wonder of Shinden is gonna be a blimp for the show as well~
