THis is a vegetarian Dish :3
1 can black beans.
1 cup Frozen corn.
½ small red onion
1 clove garlic
¼ bunch cilantro
2 cups shredded taco cheese
1 package taco seasoning.
10 small-medium tortillas.

Drain and rinse beans. Dice onion.
Mix onion, cilantro, garlic and cheese with beans and corn. Add taco seasoning prepared as
directed. Mix well.

Put ½ cup of filling mix on one side of tortilla and fold over. Repeat for each (10x for this recipe)
Cook over medium heat until brown and crispy and cheese is melted.
Add favorite sauce and enjoy.
