Okay, so here is that commission for jelethorim again, touched up a bit. I redrew the foliage of the trees and completely redesigned his sword.

I think the droopy foliage fits the contemplative misty scene much better, and the cooler colors I used suggest early morning. Pretty happy with it so far.

Of course, the finished piece is going to have shading and color for the forground and probably some sort of texture on the ground. Maybe some tall grass peeking through the mists closer up, but invisible further back where the mists hide detail. I will probably also add some more trees in the background, in the last rank, where everything almost fades to white. Or at least the suggestion of trees. Looking at it now, it looks too empty.

Anyways, hope Jelethorim likes his new sword, although before I color it, I need to find out what color he wants the gemstones...
