Phase the Moonrat is one of a dying race. Tied to the mystic powers of the moon, but also only propagated by Moonrat Mothers, and there being fewer and fewer females of their race, Phase’s mom put a little spell on him he finds…inconvenient, at best, which triggers in the presence of Moon Rocks, which you can see here.

Now it really wasn’t too bad…until the ARK incident. Now with Moon Rocks scattered all about the world, all with a certain power even on their own, Phase is stuck with the loathsome job of helping GUN track them down, and dealing with the effects of the rocks’ proximity.

Not that some of his co-workers mind...

New character conceived by Cuisine, and I thought I’d chip in a wee bit to help out. We had some fun with  therealpennythebat story boarding ideas and such. This was a couple months back we thought on this stuff, so Cuisine might shift a few things, but Phase seems like a fun character to me.
