So I spent roughly the last week making this and all in all it came out really good!
Before you ask, though: the reason this kigu lacks ears and a tail is because I want to make them separately so I can use them as accessories on their own. (Though I might just sew the ears directly on anyway...)
I'll most likely be making another one soon since there are plenty of mistakes in this one, what with it being my first attempt and all. In the future I definitely want to drop the crotch and give the arms and legs a wider hem (they turned out really long because I was shy about how much I hemmed them. I wanted them long but not THAT long). I'd also raise the zipper by an inch or two, and the design on the back by a LOT.
Overall, I'm really proud of this as my first attempt.
