This is my second OC, before Gerald, but after Jason. A dragon from the anthropomorphic world, Richard has gained a substantial amount of wealth starting and growing his own companies. In a world where humans are an extremely rare thing, and most times caged up, it's odd that he would be so friendly towards the human, Jason. He tends to have a serious demeanor so most jokes around him(or about him) tend to go over his head. He also sometimes is seen muttering to himself, like he's having a conversation with someone only he can hear...
