Jupiter colony, or maybe Venus. up in the higher athmosphere, all you really need is a rebreather for the oxygen those worlds lack in a free form. But the temperature, pressure and all is just perfect.
In the floating domes oxygen is produced using power from the sun.
As are the domes building materials, carbon , and its lift gasses, hydrogen.
And slowly, slowly, as new dome pods are created and new hatcheries grow, the world will become the new egg of creation, where birds will raise their chicks.
