I wish I could remember the artist who made this piece for me, they did such amazing work!
I got this several years back during the Tokyo In Tulsa convention, if memory serves. The anthropomorphic feline woman here is Mau, the titular character of an old manga idea that I wanted to write back when I was in high school that, sadly, never quite got off the ground for one reason or another. The idea was a mix of Ranma 1/2, Danny Phantom, and Mummies Alive!, if you can imagine such a thing. A high school lad gains fantastic powers as the avatar of Bastet, the cat goddess of ancient Egypt, and battles other rogue gods and monsters of the Egyptian Pantheon as they begin to appear in modern day.
Aside from having the proportionate abilities of an Egyptian Wildcat scaled up to human size, Mau could channel solar energy into her claws for devastating slashing attacks, or launch them as scythe-like energy projectiles that would seek out her foes.
Again, I wish I could remember the name of the artist who made this fantastic piece, I absolutely love it.
Art by an unknown person who does incredible work.
Mau belongs to me,
corinthalexander. DO NOT USE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
