Xander's quirk allows him to morph and manipulate his body in a variety of ways. He can stretch and shape shift his limbs, enlarge his muscles, form extra limbs, and still discovering more capabilities. Xander can also regenerate his limbs if they're chopped or ripped off, but that doesn't mean he can't feel pain. If Xander activates his power in subzero temperatures, It will drain him of his strength, so those with ice quirks will have the advantage against him.
