Sometimes my brain gets silly ideas.
Case in point, I'd been playing Dragon Quest 7 and having a grand old time and suddenly my party is attacked by this giant round creature with big, human-like feet, a sword, and a face that looks like a furry character wearing clown makeup.
My first thought upon seeing this creature was, logically, "I want to see this big guy tickled". I went through the entire rest of the game having that thought crop up every single time I ran into that monster. It weirdly drove me to seek them out, even!
As I said, my brain gets a little silly sometimes.
That's why we have here a full Dragon Quest-based fan art dedicated to tickling the heck out of the monster aptly named 'Notso Macho'! I tried to fit in a good number of references and stay as true to the series as possible when it comes to designs. It made it surprisingly fun to research and work at ;)
For those who know me, I've been sitting on this drawing for a little while now, but I finally got around to inking and coloring it! I hope you all enjoy it, and hopefully it inspires somebody else to give this weird monster a well-deserved tickling!

I agree that the name does very much help with the ticklish angle!
As for the brown hand there, it's one of the series' staple monsters: The Muddy Hand. Somewhat random, but it looked like it might be handy to help with the current situation ;)
