
After a boxing match with Brittney Barker, Brittney asked Michael how he was so strong and iron like. Michael was glad to show her the ropes. A specialized set of forearm, shin, shoulder and waist weights, connected to resistance bands, as well as a weighted vest are part of his routine. As Michael shows Brittney he gives her some advice, that in order to have an iron hard body, you need to be constantly trained in resistance, when lifting weights, boxing or even just jogging. And once she's done with THOSE resistance weights, Mike will graduate her to the HEAVIER stuff.
