Very lovely amount of detail, if that was without a ref I'd love to see what you do with one! The tail is one of the strongest points of the drawing, I can almost touch the fur
My only complaint would be that the right hand looks less firm than the left, almost a different style.

why thank you! ^^
cute paws to lick, it's a must-have! :9
in this case, the rpg world has all the standard races (humans, elves, dwarves), half-dragons (which evolve into dragon-like people over the centuries) and a kind of lizards if I recall right.
and then there are those who despise laws, and most often they are transformed into some kind of humanoid housecat to atone for their deeds, and are resold as slaves. the new owner then decides when the sentence is over, or resells the individual. this here guy now is a burglar and pickpocket, was caught, turned cat, and sold. his new owner made him 'purchase' a strange item which seems worthless, and then set him free. little does he know the former owner of said item indeed doesn't deem it worthless; quite the contrary.
oh, and then thre are those which are transformed into a humanoid skunk to serve in city and county guards. three guesses, why.
