Downright beautiful inking on this! Why don't you do dramatic black and whites more often? That's amazing! The detail rendered in the clothing with so little lines...The line that the tail lends dynamicism to an otherwise nice pose making it look great. Everything from the expression to the proportions to the feet make this one of the best drawings I have seen you do.

at first I was about to shade the black rubber with greys, leaving only deeper shadows a stark black, but decided to go all darkness and light on him. the tail's shape was intended, the various details on the highlights came as an afterthought almost. :)

the eye's appearance came like an accident. like most of these accidents they are left that way for obvious reasons. XD
