I had an over abundance of instant ramen, and I was feelin adventurous. I thought it’d be a great idea to roast a hoisin sauce glazed pork loin and use some soft boiled eggs that I’d been marinating in a soy sauce/rice vinegar solution. I’ll update later with the full recipe.
