So.. a particular weakness of Bjorn is his Digivice, which I totally have no idea whatsoever on how Vausch got a hold of it. With the simple speaking of the code phrase (whilst holding said Digivice) you can easily go from Bjorn's next occupant to being the big bully Digi himself! Poor Bjorn was too busy gulping down his chocolate-scented victim to realize the Puca hardly struggled at all, like he actually wanted to be the Digi's next belly-buddy.
