TERRACE OF THE SERPENT
Despite all the serpents etched into the floor, you find none represented in the altar, and no treasure or nests to be found. Instead, the altar has a large red disk, sitting on top of the stone lid. Picking it up, you recognize it as a symbol of the sun, but before you can examine it further, it slips from your hands, to float above your head.
In shock, you feel your face pull out into an ophidian snout, and your legs fuse into a snake’s tail. Your arms however burst into feathers, as you feel the ancient power flow through you.
You have become the URAEUS
