The Eta-series Sweeping droid is designed by Altech to be a simple and easy solution to a problem all universe face more or less. Trash buildup in the home, workplace, streets and naturally the city in general. The droid is designed to perform many various sweeping tasks in many locations with its 4 sweeper arms. The droid measures at a 2 and a half foot in height and moves at a moderate yet easily avoidable speed, limiting civilian damage to and from it. Due to its base programming, the droid cannot stand the sight of garbage just lying on the ground in any form and with move to secure and contain it in the nearest ground bin when it is possible and through the safest means to the droid as possible. The 4 sweeper arms spin in a clockwise direction around the droid as the droid floats just inches off the ground, sweeping any garbage along the way forward until it reaches a proper disposal unit. When moving through areas that its arms are too wide for, the droid will tuck three back and its front most one forward until an area is located where it can unfold all 4. The droid also comes as default with a waxing program where it uses a Wax and water solution to clean floors as it goes along and this solution canister is inserted onto the back of the main chassis. This solution canister can also be replaced with a vacuum device which is much more effective for indoors duties. The droid is slightly armored enough to stop at least minor damage however it is abit fragile and due to this they are rather cheap at 300 credits each. If programmed to attack, they have no areas for blaster attachments and how they would attack would be by spinning its 4 arms around at much faster then normal speeds to hopefully do some damage to its target. However, with this said, we suggest not using for a combat purpose and just for its normal purpose. Due to their cost, they tend to be bought in bulk groups or just groups usually.
