Seems like some unfortunate prey is about to become a Smeargle snack. Marko has them close and is preparing to send them on down. Thus, the prey gets this sight. Marko's wide open, incredibly drooly, maw. This Smeargle really does anticipate his meals and savours them quite a lot. Which often means a slobber bath for those unfortunate to pass into the maw.
Still, on the bright side, at least you'll be warm~ :3
