Monika was a street rat living in the slums of large city situated in the country of Elyria. She became great at slight of hand and petty theft until she was finally caught robbing a member of the Gryphon's Bane Guild. Instead of punishing her the guild member escorted her to the guild's home base and introduced her to another rogue. Seeing the potential she had she was trained in the art of thievery and taught how to use her skills for the betterment of people. She is swift and cunning but lacks strength and she is a terrible liar. These traits often help her party get through sticky situations. She does have a bad habit of accidentally stealing small items without thinking that causes some trouble for her party but more often then not she is an essential asset to many guild missions. She is not a fighter but if push comes to shove she can hold her own with her talons and small bladed claws that clip onto her wings.
