Reused an older base to get myself to draw again, decided to do some fanart of my favourite Sailor Scout!
I was almost exclusively listening to the Sailor Moon soundtracks while drawing this and it was such a nice burst of nostalgia, I almost want to sit through the series again. (I won't, though lol! It's waaayy too long for my attention span. I'll just watch the movies~!)
