i've been making some changes to Jessie , thanks to some of  shadesilverwing pics.
also i never got into any real detail about him having special abilities or not.
well he does have a few tricks ^^

Jessie can use a wide variety of spells, and can create a bow of energy to use said spells (got the idea from bleach lol). while his magic abilities are his most used power, Jessie has other abilities unique to his species. because he's a bat he can use echolocation. this ability can be used to see in dark places, and as a weapon. By emiting high frequency sounds Jessie can distrace opponents and even disorient them. Jessie can even use this to kill, because the sonic vibrations can rupture blood vessels in the brain and if he is close enough to the target, he could make the brain expload inside the skull! Jessie is also an amazing ventriloquist, and can make his voice seem to come from anywhere. and even mimic the voices of others perfectly. Jessie's most devastating ability is a very powerful sonic boom, able to shatter glass, and send loose objects flying (i.e a car) by inhaling deeply and using his wings like a megaphone Jessie can unleash a blast of sound strong enough to shake a building's very foundation enough to collapse! this blast of sound is used for large numbers of targets, or really large ones.
Jessie is also a very talented singer. and can sing like any well known singer
