I like playing around with clothing designs and this was one that popped up and this was one that popped into my head, watching the little stripper stripers: it's basically just a collar with a large ring in the front and a single, long piece of material that wraps up and around from under the tail and through the ring. It's modest after a fashion as long as you don't move much or too fast, or it's not draughty! But, it is pretty stylish and classy looking at the same time.
