By my headcanon, the Super Crown's effects are permanent and irreversible, regardless of wether it's removed or not.

Allegedly Nintendo themselves predicted Bowsette's popularity, and even drew their own version seen in the Art of Super Mario Oddessy art book, before the trend started, but it's vastly different than the blond version. It's the red-headed version, but instead of black, she wears a more elegant dress that matches Bowser's actual skin tone.

(Still I hope this version is the one that becomes official if it does)
