My gosh this is gorgeous! I love the subtle glow on the eye. Hehe I've been messing around in photoshop lately but I still can't seem to get it right XD Anywho aside from the obvious pretty glow factor, I like the liveliness of your lines! It's almost sketchy in some areas.. but at the same time maintains a very sleek appearance.
