Two characters from a new story I’m concepting out: Toklo the arctic fox and Kenny the tabby cat. I’m writing something quite a bit different (for me) with this one, focused on dealing with grief, finding one’s own path and the importance of family, no matter what it looks like. Hopefully I can find the time to start a rough draft sometime soon.

Yes, it's an odd predicament for me. There's a lot of story here (it actually takes place in the same world as Frank and Kael's exploits) but I wonder if the personal stuff will get lost in a larger epic. Still deciding. I might need to just start writing and see what comes of it.
