She looks very cute, though I feel a bit bad that she's experiencing a bit of back pain. If I could, I'd offer her some nice back rubs, and maybe some belly rubs at that, because that belly of hers is so massive. I especially like how much her belly is bulging outward, its humongous round shape showing it entirely, while her stomach (despite the fact that I know her womb is the real factor here) is sloshing around with such a heavy load inside. Despite her being tired of struggling with her burden, I know I'd never get tired of her voluptuous big belly~
