"Cecilia is odd, she doesn't talk a lot about her death, only that she was a part in some sort of agreement. She is very happy and friendly though, so I think she is fine. She has such nice wishes too.

Cecilia is able to mimic her opponents cosmic weapon or recreate previous weapons she had encountered before, the more she holds the form of the weapon, the more she gets tired. Choosing the ideal weapon counter is key of her combat style.
