I like this. The manifestation of Chaos is often depicted as a dark entity because it is perceived as "bad", but actually, a god of chaos being made of light, pure, unbound energy, makes a lot more sense thematically.
Like the heat death of a universe, when nothing moves, a static so-called perfection never meant to change, that is where there is darkness.
