Benjamin is the first artificial trainer created by Colress, He is capable of scanning pokemon without a pokedex, Super Strength, Flight(Although his Jetpack looks like the Sky Freeze Pod from Custom Robo), and A Multi-Language Chip allowing him to speak to others including Pokemon(Gun not Included).

(P.S. Benjamin is named after Benjamin from Zoids and he has a Custom Robo design to him because his Jetpack looks like the Sky Freeze Pod and the gun he's wielding looks exactly like the Rayfall Gun)
